OMG - this dessert is to die for - absolutely delicious!

The filet was succulent and seasoned to perfection. The Apricot was more savory than sweet and drank up the delicious sauce that was like liquid heaven. To accompany the main event I enjoyed the couscous extravaganza and spinach that was cooked to mouth watering satisfaction. Although it was obvious the bay leaves were not meant to be eaten and were just there to intensify the flavor, I could not resist sucking the sauce off with a sigh of pure pleasure. Yum yum
